I had the wonderful opportunity to show some of my work in a local gallery this summer. A friend from highschool, who also attended the New Hampshire Institute of Art, asked me to send some pieces to Azure Rising for one of their summer exhibits. Two of my pieces were accepted.
At the reception I got to meet many of these artists, all of whom attended NHIA at one point in their lives. I was the youngest exhibitor because I am still finishing up my BFA there.
During the opening I sold a large framed print of “Dryad Symphony”–one of my latest digital illustrations. If you are in the area, you can take a peek at this piece as well as “Woman and Dragon” (acrylic). The show is up until July 21.
